The induction cooker mainly consists of two parts
One is an electronic circuit system capable of generating high-frequency alternating magnetic fields (including induction cooker coil disks); The second is a structural shell used to fix electronic circuit systems and carry cookware (including furnace panels that can withstand high temperatures and sudden changes in temperature).
(1) The electronic circuit system includes: power board, motherboard, light board (control display board), temperature control, coil disk and thermal bracket, fan, power cord, etc.
(2) The structural shell includes: furnace panel (porcelain plate, black crystal plate), plastic upper and lower covers, etc;
(3) Manual, power sticker, operating film, certificate of conformity, plastic bag, shockproof foam, packaging box, bar code, cartoon box.
1. Furnace panel: used to carry cookware, there are imported and domestic options, with domestic A and B grades already meeting the usage requirements.
2. High voltage main substrate: constitutes the main current circuit.
3. Low voltage main board: used for computer control functions.
4. LED circuit board: displays working status and transmits operation instructions.
5. Wire coil: converts high-frequency alternating current into alternating magnetic field (PAN).
6. Fan component: Heat dissipation auxiliary element (FAN), reduces the temperature of components inside the furnace.
7. IGBT: commonly known as power transistor, controls the on/off of high current through low current signals (IGBT).
8. Bridge rectifier block: converts AC power to DC power (BD101).
9. Thermistor components: transmit heat signals to the control circuit.
10. Thermal switch component: senses the working temperature of IGBT to protect IGBT from overheating damage
