·Electric Ceramic Hob: Uses halogen or radiant heating elements under a glass-ceramic surface. It heats the surface, which then transfers heat to the cookware. It heats up and cools down slower than induction and works with all types of cookware.

B. Orders & Shipping
4. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 units per Model. However, we understand the need for flexibility, especially for new partnerships or sample orders. We are open to discussing lower quantities for initial trial orders. For large projects or customized models, the MOQ may vary.
5. What are your payment terms?
We offer secure and flexible payment terms to accommodate our global clients:
● T/T (Bank Transfer): 30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading.
● L/C (Letter of Credit): Acceptable at sight for reputable banks.
● Other terms (e.g. PayPal) can be discussed for smaller sample orders.
6. What is your typical lead time for production?
Our standard lead time is 25-35 days after order confirmation and receipt of deposit. This timeframe may vary depending on the order quantity, customization complexity, and current production schedule.
7. Which countries do you export to?
We have a strong global export network and ship to North America, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. We handle all necessary export documentation and have experience with the specific certification requirements of these regions.
